Design and Display

The design of the Samsung Galaxy S4 does not have too much disparity from the design of Samsung Galaxy S3. As far as the display of both these devices is concerned, in that case, the Samsung Galaxy S4 is way too much upgraded because previously, the Samsung Galaxy S3 had a resolution of 1280×720 and had 306 ppi, but this time, the Samsung Galaxy S4 has an HD 1920×1080 resolution with pixel density of 441 ppi. Therefore, it can be said that the Samsung Galaxy S4 has indeed been upgraded in relevance to its display.

Processor and RAM

We usually do see processor related upgrades in these type of cases. But the question is that whether the processor upgrade of Samsung Galaxy S4 healthy enough to overwhelm the processor of Samsung Galaxy S3 from quite a large gap. Well, the answer is yes because Samsung has indeed made a massive jump towards the sky when it comes to the processor of Samsung Galaxy S4.
To prove this fact, here are the original specs of both the versions of Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy S4 – the v1 of Samsung Galaxy S3 has a quad-core 1.4 GHz processor and the v2 has a dual core 1.5 GHz processor, on the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S4 has an Octa-core 1.6 GHz processor and a quad core 1.9 GHz processor for its version 1 and version 2 respectively. Hence, it is already proved that the processor of Samsung Galaxy S4 is way better then the processor of Samsung Galaxy S3. And yes, same is the case with the RAM of Samsung Galaxy S4 because it has a 2GB of RAM for all its versions where as the Galaxy S3 only has 2GB of RAM for its US based versions and only 1GB of RAM for Global versions.

Camera

Now here comes the interesting part. With increase in the demand of high-end camera smartphones, Samsung has also put in its smartphone – the Galaxy S4 in the list of top-notch camera smartphones and has upgraded the Samsung Galaxy S4 the most when we take into account the camera. The exact figures for the upgradation of the camera are as following – from 8MP rear facing camera (Galaxy S3) to a 13 MP rear facing camera (Galaxy S4) and from 1.9 MP front facing camera (Galaxy S3) to 2 MP front facing camera (Galaxy S4). So, by reading the afore mentioned statement, you can clearly identify the amount of positive changes made to the camera of Samsung Galaxy S4 as compared to the Galaxy S3.
